If you have connected your Instagram account through our platform and would like your data removed, you may request deletion at any time.

What data we store

To provide our Instagram integration services, we may store and process certain account-related data, including:

• Instagram access tokens
• Instagram account identifiers
• Cached media, including posts, captions, thumbnails and image URLs
• System logs related to authentication, synchronisation and connection status

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, please email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the details of the account you would like removed.

What happens after your request

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and ownership of the connected account. After verification, we will:

• Revoke and remove associated access tokens
• Permanently delete cached media and stored account data
• Disconnect any active integrations linked to the account

Processing timeframe

Data deletion requests are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days.
