Monero Constructions is an Indigenous-owned and operated civil construction company specialising in formwork, steel reinforcement and concrete structures for commercial and infrastructure projects. Based in Victoria, the business works with government agencies, principal contractors and commercial construction companies on projects across Australia.
As the company continued to grow and secure larger project opportunities, Monero Constructions needed a professional digital presence that could reflect the scale of its work, support tender submissions and present its capabilities clearly. We were engaged to create the company’s visual identity, deliver a professional portfolio website and provide entry-level search foundations through design and branding, web design and website development.
The project later evolved into a broader long-term technology partnership. Beyond the website, our work expanded into email hosting and management, Microsoft 365 administration, DNS management, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams support, Microsoft Project support, printer and copier deployment, email signature management and ongoing technical support.

The Challenge

Monero Constructions initially needed a modern website that could help the business present its work with more authority. For a civil construction company working on larger commercial and infrastructure projects, a basic online presence would not be enough. The website needed to support credibility, provide useful project information and help strengthen the brand when prospective clients and tendering organisations reviewed the business.

We delivered a complete digital presence for Monero Constructions, starting with a visual identity and moving through to a professional portfolio website. The website was designed to showcase major commercial and infrastructure projects, explain the company’s capability and provide a central platform for supporting future tender opportunities.
Alongside web design and website development, the project included entry-level SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation. These foundations helped the website present information in a clearer structure, while giving the business a stronger base for local and organic visibility through SEO.
Capability statements were also produced so Monero Constructions could share its experience in both downloadable PDF form and through public digital links. This gave the business a more flexible way to provide project and company information during tendering, meetings and client discussions.

The Monero Constructions project did not remain limited to a website. As the company secured larger work and its internal requirements became more complex, our role expanded into a wider technology partnership. We worked closely with Gary and the wider Monero Constructions team, allowing new requirements to be implemented as the business evolved.
Our support extended into Microsoft 365 administration, email hosting and management, SharePoint deployment, OneDrive integration, Microsoft Teams support, Microsoft Project support, user account administration and DNS management. This broader involvement connected the public-facing website with reliable day-to-day systems, including business email management, DNS and domain oversight and website maintenance and repairs.
Professional photography also became part of the project. An in-house photographer visited completed project sites to capture high-quality imagery, which was edited and used across the website, capability statements and other marketing material. This helped the business present the scale and quality of its construction work with stronger visual evidence.
