The cost of managed web hosting depends on what your website needs to run reliably, securely and quickly. Dobble does not publish a single fixed hosting price for every business because hosting requirements can vary significantly between a standard business website, an e-commerce store, a high-traffic site or a complex custom application.
Dobble’s Standard Managed hosting is quoted based on the website and support requirements. Enterprise hosting is custom priced for larger, higher-traffic or more technically demanding environments. Hosting is also typically included with SEO and website management engagements, while standalone hosting has no lock-in contract.
The main cost factors usually include:
- Website size and complexity: A smaller business website generally has different hosting needs from an e-commerce store, multi-location website, custom Laravel application or site with advanced integrations.
- Traffic and performance requirements: Higher traffic, seasonal spikes, larger media libraries and performance expectations may require more capable infrastructure, caching, CDN configuration or custom optimisation.
- Security and monitoring needs: Managed hosting may include SSL configuration, firewalls, malware scanning, intrusion detection, security patching, uptime monitoring and backup management. The level of protection and monitoring required can influence the hosting setup.
- Migration requirements: Dobble provides migration from the client’s current host. The complexity of the move depends on the current website, platform, DNS setup, domain access, email configuration and whether additional testing or staging is required.
- Support expectations: Hosting, maintenance, domain and email clients have access to support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency support is available, with typical response times within 4 hours. For clients outside an SLA, emergency work is charged on an ad hoc basis, with quotes, predictions or capped timing supplied before work begins.
- Domain, DNS and email coordination: Hosting is often connected to domain records, DNS, SSL, website forms and business email. If these systems need auditing, correction or migration, that may affect the overall scope of work.
- Enterprise requirements: Larger or more complex sites may need dedicated or scalable infrastructure, custom configurations, advanced caching, CDN integration, load balancing, priority support, advanced security, reporting or staging environments.
When preparing a hosting quote, Dobble will generally need to understand your current website platform, hosting provider, traffic levels, performance issues, business-critical functionality, migration deadline, email setup, domain access and support expectations. If the website is slow, unstable, has been hacked, has unreliable forms or is tied to outdated infrastructure, a technical review may be recommended before the final hosting approach is confirmed.
Dobble’s hosting is positioned as managed, performance and security-focused hosting rather than cheap, generic shared hosting. The goal is to provide a reliable environment that supports the website as business infrastructure, not just a place to store files.
Dobble aims to maintain 99.9% monthly uptime for websites and hosting services managed on its infrastructure. This applies to the availability of Dobble-managed web server and hosting environments, measured monthly. It is not a 100% uptime guarantee and excludes scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party outages, DNS or CDN issues, payment gateway issues, Microsoft 365 or other external services, client-side internet problems, force majeure events, client changes, third-party software issues, misuse and services not hosted on Dobble-managed infrastructure. If uptime falls below 99.9% due solely to Dobble-managed hosting infrastructure, affected clients may request a service review and may be eligible for service credits where applicable under their SLA.
For an accurate recommendation, the best next step is to discuss your website, current hosting issues and support requirements. Dobble can then provide a tailored hosting quote based on the infrastructure and management your site actually needs.
