Dobble’s managed web hosting is designed for businesses that want reliable, performance-focused website hosting without having to manage the technical server environment themselves. It is not positioned as cheap, generic shared hosting. Dobble manages the hosting environment with a focus on speed, security, monitoring, backups and ongoing support.
Core inclusions may include SSL certificates, server-level caching, daily automated backups, proactive monitoring, firewalls, malware scanning, intrusion detection, security patching and technical management of the hosting environment. These inclusions are designed to support website availability, faster loading and a more stable foundation for business websites.
Dobble also provides migration support for businesses moving from another host. The migration process typically starts with an assessment of the existing website and hosting setup. Where possible, backups are taken, the new environment is prepared and tested, and DNS changes are coordinated to reduce disruption. Dobble plans migrations to minimise downtime, but temporary interruptions may still occur because of DNS propagation, third-party providers or internet caching.
Hosting is often connected with Dobble’s broader website, SEO, maintenance, domain and email services. This means Dobble can help manage the technical relationship between the website, DNS, domain name, email records and hosting environment. For many businesses, this reduces the common problem of separate providers blaming each other when something goes wrong.
Dobble offers hosting options for different requirements. Standard Managed hosting is suitable for many business websites with moderate traffic. Enterprise hosting is available for higher-traffic or more complex websites that may need dedicated or scalable infrastructure, custom configurations, advanced caching, CDN integration, priority support, load balancing, advanced security, reporting or staging environments. Exact hosting recommendations depend on the website, traffic, technical requirements and support needs.
Dobble aims to maintain 99.9% monthly uptime for websites and hosting services managed on its infrastructure. This applies to the availability of the Dobble-managed web server and hosting environment, measured monthly. It should not be read as 100% uptime or an unconditional guarantee. The uptime commitment excludes scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party outages, DNS provider issues, domain registrar issues, CDN issues, payment gateway outages, Microsoft 365 or Google service issues, Cloudflare or similar external services, client-side internet problems, force majeure events, client changes, third-party code, plugins, misuse and services not hosted on Dobble-managed infrastructure.
If monthly uptime falls below 99.9% due solely to an issue within Dobble-managed hosting infrastructure, affected clients may request a service review. Where applicable under the client’s Service Level Agreement, service credits may be available. Any financial compensation is limited to the service credits specified in the applicable agreement.
Support for hosting, maintenance, domain and email clients is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency support is also available, with typical response times within 4 hours. If a client is outside an SLA, emergency work is charged on an ad hoc basis, with quotes, estimates or capped timing supplied before work commences where applicable.
Dobble does not publish fixed hosting prices for every scenario because requirements vary. Hosting may be included with SEO or website management engagements, while standalone hosting is quoted based on the project’s needs. To understand the right setup for your website, the best next step is to discuss your hosting needs with Dobble.
