After Dobble sets up your business email hosting, the focus shifts from implementation to stable operation, support and ongoing management. Email is closely connected to your domain name, DNS records, website forms, spam filtering and third-party mail provider settings, so aftercare is about keeping those pieces aligned rather than treating email as a one-off setup task.
Dobble primarily uses Microsoft 365 for business email hosting, although other reputable third-party providers may be used where client requirements call for them. During setup or migration, Dobble assesses your existing email, domain and DNS configuration, prepares the new environment, configures mailboxes, coordinates DNS changes and tests sending, receiving and authentication after cutover.
Once the email environment is live, Dobble can continue to assist with user management, mailbox access issues, DNS authentication, deliverability problems and coordination between your domain, website and email systems. This is particularly useful for businesses that have previously had different providers managing their domain, hosting and email, where technical issues can quickly turn into provider finger-pointing.
A key part of email aftercare is maintaining correct DNS authentication. Dobble configures records such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC where applicable. In plain terms, these records help receiving mail servers verify that messages sent from your domain are legitimate. Correct authentication can improve deliverability and reduce the chance of messages being rejected or filtered as suspicious, but it does not guarantee inbox placement.
Dobble can also help when practical email problems appear after setup. Common examples include emails landing in spam, website forms not sending notifications, invoices being missed, mailbox access being unreliable, or provider requirements changing over time. In these cases, Dobble can review the relevant DNS records, provider settings, form configuration and authentication status to help identify the cause.
For hosting, maintenance, domain and email clients, Dobble’s support hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency support is available, with typical response times within 4 hours. If a client is outside an applicable Service Level Agreement, emergency work is charged on an ad hoc basis. Dobble provides quotes, predictions or capped timing before commencing that emergency work where applicable.
It is important to understand the boundaries of email hosting and aftercare. Email services supplied through Microsoft 365 or other third-party platforms are subject to those providers’ service availability, technical limits and policies. Dobble cannot guarantee uninterrupted email availability, guaranteed delivery, inbox placement or spam filtering outcomes. Spam filtering depends on sender reputation, message content, recipient behaviour, provider rules and external mail systems, not only on your email setup.
Dobble is responsible for services and systems directly under its control. Where issues arise from third-party providers, compromised credentials, unauthorised changes, incorrect client-side configuration or external outages, Dobble may still provide reasonable assistance where practical, but additional charges may apply if the work falls outside the client’s agreement.
As part of a structured handover, Dobble aims to ensure the email environment is configured correctly, tested and connected to the relevant domain and DNS infrastructure. Ongoing management then helps reduce avoidable disruption, keep authentication aligned and give your business a single technical point of contact for email, domain and related infrastructure support.
If your business is moving email providers, experiencing deliverability issues or wants Microsoft 365 configured correctly, you can discuss your email requirements with Dobble.
