FAQ

What happens during a 24-month SEO campaign with Dobble?

Dobble’s SEO engagements run over 24 months because search growth needs structure, technical improvement, content development and ongoing refinement. The process usually moves from consultation, audits, search analysis and keyword mapping into site architecture, technical SEO, content writing, optimisation and expansion. Progress is gradual, measured through completed work, website performance, keyword visibility and organic search trends.

Dobble’s SEO campaigns are structured as 24-month engagements because meaningful organic search growth usually takes more than a few quick fixes. Search engines need to crawl, understand and trust the website, while the business needs the right technical foundation, page structure, content strategy and ongoing optimisation. Dobble treats SEO as infrastructure, not an afterthought.

The process usually begins with an initial consultation. Dobble uses this stage to understand your business, services, target locations, competitors, goals and current website issues. From there, a tailored proposal is prepared. Pricing and scope depend on factors such as keyword targets, competition level, number of services and locations, website requirements, technical complexity, content needs and your broader budget.

Once the proposal is accepted, onboarding begins. This may include a client questionnaire, collection of required assets and access credentials, and a technical audit where applicable. Dobble may review the existing website, analytics, hosting environment, technical SEO setup, domain and DNS details, page structure and content quality. This helps identify barriers that may be limiting search visibility or conversions.

The next stage is market and search analysis. Dobble reviews how customers search for your services and how competitors are positioned. Keywords are grouped into themes through keyword clustering, then mapped to search intent. This helps determine which pages are needed, what each page should target and how the website should be structured to support long-term growth.

Site architecture comes before visual decisions. Dobble plans page hierarchy, URL structure, internal linking and scalable service or location sections before the website is built or expanded. This reflects Dobble’s Structure Before Aesthetics and Search-First Strategy approach. The goal is to create a website that can grow with the business rather than becoming a limitation.

For SEO engagements, a website build is included. Dobble primarily develops websites using its proprietary Genesis CMS, which is purpose-built for performance, security, SEO capability and reduced reliance on third-party plugins and bloated themes. Where a project involves larger bespoke systems, business applications or complex integrations, Laravel may be used. Dobble has confirmed that it does not build new websites on WordPress, Shopify or WooCommerce.

During the technical foundation stage, Dobble focuses on crawlability, indexing, mobile performance, site speed, structured page templates, metadata, redirects where required, schema markup, analytics setup and other technical SEO requirements. Where a new or rebuilt website is involved, development and testing are completed in a secure staging environment before launch, with client review and approval where possible.

Content development is a major part of the roadmap. Dobble’s SEO packages include content writing, editing and publishing. Content is planned around keyword intent, service relevance, search demand and business value rather than being written simply to fill pages. Over time, this may include service pages, location pages, supporting content and refinements to existing pages.

After launch or technical implementation, SEO becomes an ongoing process of expansion, monitoring and refinement. Dobble reviews performance signals, keyword visibility, website behaviour and search trends to guide future work. This may include improving existing pages, adding new content, strengthening internal links, addressing technical issues and adjusting priorities as the campaign develops.

Results are not immediate and cannot be guaranteed. Rankings, traffic and enquiries depend on competition, search engine changes, website quality, content, technical performance and customer behaviour. Dobble sets realistic expectations and focuses on measurable improvement over time rather than promising first-page rankings, traffic volumes or lead numbers.

SEO reports are not provided as scheduled monthly reports by default. Clients can request an SEO report at any time during their engagement, and reports may outline work completed, website performance, keyword visibility and other relevant SEO metrics. Additional reporting frequency or customised reporting can be arranged where agreed as part of the client’s package.

If you want to understand what a structured SEO roadmap could look like for your business, the next step is to discuss your SEO strategy with Dobble.
