Dobble’s email hosting and management service is designed to help businesses use reliable, professional email on their own domain, with the technical setup managed properly from the beginning. Email is not just a mailbox issue. It depends on your domain, DNS records, authentication settings, security configuration, migration planning and the third-party email platform being used.
For most business email hosting, Dobble primarily uses Microsoft 365. Where a client has different requirements, another reputable third-party provider may be recommended or supported. Dobble’s role is to configure, manage and support the email environment so it works correctly with your domain, website, hosting and broader digital infrastructure.
Depending on your requirements, Dobble’s email hosting and management service may include:
- Professional email addresses using your business domain
- Microsoft 365 business email setup and configuration
- Mailbox setup, user management and access configuration
- DNS record setup for email services
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration to support deliverability
- Email deliverability audits where required
- Spam and threat filtering configuration
- Migration from an existing email provider
- Testing of sending, receiving, mailbox access and authentication
- Multi-device access support
- Backup and recovery assistance where supported by the selected provider and plan
- Ongoing technical support for email-related issues
Correct DNS authentication is a major part of the service. SPF tells receiving mail servers which systems are allowed to send email for your domain. DKIM helps prove that messages have not been altered in transit. DMARC connects SPF and DKIM with a policy that tells receiving servers how to handle messages that fail authentication checks. These records can improve deliverability and reduce the chance of legitimate business emails being rejected or treated as suspicious.
Dobble can also assist when email problems are connected to broader infrastructure issues. For example, businesses often come to Dobble when emails are landing in spam, website form notifications are not arriving, invoices are being missed, mailbox access is unreliable, or domain, hosting and email providers are blaming each other. Because Dobble works across domains, DNS, hosting, websites and email, it can provide a single technical point of contact for diagnosing these issues.
If you are moving from another provider, Dobble follows a planned migration process. This may include auditing your current mailbox, domain and DNS settings, preparing the new email environment, coordinating DNS changes, migrating in parallel where practical, testing the new setup and scheduling cutover to reduce disruption. Temporary interruptions can still occur because of DNS propagation, internet caching or third-party provider behaviour, but the migration is planned to minimise business impact.
It is important to understand the limits of any email service. Email hosting supplied through Microsoft 365 or another third-party provider is subject to that provider’s availability, policies and technical limits. Dobble can configure and manage the service carefully, but it cannot guarantee email delivery, inbox placement, spam filtering outcomes or uninterrupted email availability. Deliverability is also affected by sender reputation, email content, recipient systems, user behaviour and external spam filters.
Dobble provides support for hosting, maintenance, domain and email clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency support is available, with typical response times within 4 hours. If emergency work falls outside an active Service Level Agreement, it is charged on an ad hoc basis, with quotes, estimates or capped timing supplied before work begins where applicable.
If your business email needs to be set up properly, migrated from an old provider, or reviewed because messages are going to spam, Dobble can assess your current setup and recommend the right next step. To discuss your requirements, contact Dobble on 0423 016 104 or email [email protected].
