Dobble’s website maintenance and repair support is designed to help businesses keep their websites secure, fast, functional and available. The exact scope depends on the website, hosting environment, technical issue and the client’s selected plan or Service Level Agreement, but the focus is practical: prevent avoidable problems, fix active faults and keep the website performing as part of the business’s digital infrastructure.
Maintenance can include software updates, security monitoring, performance optimisation, backup management, uptime monitoring and technical repairs. For Dobble-managed websites and hosting environments, maintenance is closely connected to server management, monitoring and ongoing technical support. This helps reduce the risk of downtime, broken functionality and neglected technical issues becoming business problems.
Dobble also provides repair services for active website issues. Common repair work may include:
- Malware removal and support after a hacked or infected website
- Fixing broken forms, enquiry pathways or checkout processes
- Repairing layout, mobile display or styling issues
- Investigating slow load times and Core Web Vitals concerns
- Resolving plugin conflicts where relevant to agreed legacy or third-party site support
- Diagnosing and repairing database problems
- Reviewing technical faults that may affect SEO, usability or conversions
Dobble’s approach is preventative where possible. A website that is monitored, updated and backed up is generally easier to protect and recover than a website that is only reviewed after something breaks. This is especially important for businesses that depend on their website for enquiries, bookings, e-commerce, customer trust or search visibility.
For websites built on Dobble’s proprietary Genesis CMS, maintenance benefits from a more controlled platform environment. Genesis CMS is designed to reduce reliance on third-party themes, bloated page builders and large plugin stacks. That does not remove every risk, but it can reduce some of the common maintenance problems associated with plugin-heavy websites. Dobble may also assist with third-party or legacy sites where practical, although the recommended solution will depend on the site’s condition, platform, hosting and business requirements.
Support availability is also an important part of maintenance. Dobble provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week support for hosting, maintenance, domain and email clients. Emergency support is available, with typical response times within 4 hours. If a client is outside an SLA, emergency support is charged on an ad hoc basis, and Dobble supplies quotes, predictions or capped timing before commencing emergency work where applicable.
Maintenance and repair support should not be confused with a guarantee that a website will never be hacked, go offline, experience a third-party failure or require future work. Dobble performs services with reasonable skill and care, but no provider can eliminate all cyber threats, software vulnerabilities, DNS issues, email provider problems, registrar issues, client-side changes or third-party outages. Where an issue falls outside Dobble’s direct control or outside the client’s agreed support scope, additional charges may apply.
Website development defects arising from Dobble’s own development work and reported during the agreed warranty period, typically 30 days from launch unless otherwise specified, may be corrected at no additional charge. That warranty does not generally cover new functionality, content changes, third-party software issues, browser updates or modifications made by anyone other than Dobble.
If your website is slow, infected, broken, unreliable or simply not being maintained properly, Dobble can assess the site and recommend the most practical next step. To begin, request a website maintenance assessment.
